How do you charge?

Tbros prides themselves on their competitive rates:

  • Service Rate (time and material billing)
  • Contract Rate (quoted work)
  • Limited flat rate pricing (total cost for materials, installation, permits, sales tax)

How long before a plumber can get to my house?

We try our best to respond quickly to all requests for service. Our response time is generally between "minutes" and 24 hours, based upon the need of the customer (i.e. a "no heat" call in the middle of winter would be a priority call). All of our service personnel are radio dispatched.

Do I pay for estimates?

Estimates scheduled through our sales department are at no charge. Service calls through our service department when the plumber is dispatched are billable. These calls may require a direct repair, diagnosis and/ or consultation.

Do you have inventory on your vehicle?

Standard inventory is always available on all of our full service vehicles, with extensive backup inventory at our warehouse - 100 years worth!

What areas do you service?

We service predominately greater Boston and most communities in Eastern Massachusetts.

Will you install owner supplied products?

We will install owner supplied products, however, any warranties on owner supplied products will not apply. We prefer the opportunity to furnish and install products through Trethewey Brothers. This insures proper job coordination and installation. Products purchased through Trethewey Brothers carry a one (1) year warranty on both labor and material.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Personal check (with ID), Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express.
